Officer Brian Russell #202 – Intermediate P.O.
Officer Russell graduated from Henderson High School in 2005. He attended the Community College of the Air Force and the American Military University from 2009 into 2013. He earned an Associate’s Degree in Aviation Technology during that time. He joined the Air Force in 2009 and still serves there to this day. In 2014 he attended the Tyler Junior College Police Academy where he graduated and was hired as a patrolman for the Tyler Police Department that same year for his first law enforcement job. He was hired here at the White Oak Police Department in 2017 as a patrol officer. Since then he has exhibited very good decision making abilities and is a very hard and smart worker. He volunteered to assist in the Recognition Program, the city’s Emergency Operations Coordinator, and has joined the White Oak Volunteer Fire Department. Nearly immediately after coming to work here, he and his wife purchased a home in White Oak and began making their roots. Officer Russell’s professionalism stands out in everything he does. The city of White Oak has every reason to be proud of having him here to work for its people.
