TCO Robin Brown

 Robin Brown – Master TCO

 Dispatcher Brown graduated from White Oak High School in 1994.  After completion there he attended Kilgore College before moving to Tulsa, OK for a short period.  He soon returned to the area he calls home however, and in 1997 he began working in law enforcement related fields by becoming a private security officer certified through the State of Texas.  He carries this certification even today.  In May of 2008 he began his career as a TCO at the White Oak Police Department and his employment here has been uninterrupted.  He has since earned his Master Telecommunicator’s certificate and completed training as a certified Crisis Communicator.  In 2010 he enrolled into, and graduated from, the East Texas Police Academy.  He has twice earned the honor of Dispatcher of the Year for White Oak.  He is known for his ability to handle the toughest, most stressful situations without losing the ability to communicate, perfectly, the needs of officers under his watch and the people needing their help.  In emergencies, TCO Brown can be counted on to know exactly when, and to whom, information needs to be dispersed immediately and many times will have it done before having been asked.  He considers himself a home town White Oakian and has dedicated his career to proudly serving the people here.  He is a highly valued member of the White Oak Police Department team.
